Step 1: Enter Legal Business Name #

1. Enter your legal business name exactly as it appears on your tax ID or any other official document.
   • Example: “CS Solutions LLC”

Step 2: Enter Business Physical Address #

1. Provide the complete business physical address including:
   • Street
   • Postal code
   • State
   • Country

Step 3: Select Business Type #

1. Choose the type of business from the options:
   • Sole Proprietorship
   • Partnership
   • Corporation
   • Corporate LLC
   • Nonprofit

Step 4: Company Type #

1. Indicate whether the company is private or public.

Step 5: Enter Business Registration Number or Tax ID #

1. Enter the nine-digit Employer Identification Number (EIN).

Step 6: Provide Information About the Authorized Representative #

1. Enter the authorized representative’s details:
   • First name
   • Personal email
   • Authorized email
   • Phone number
   • Job title in the company (e.g., Manager, CEO, CFO)
   • Company type (private, public, nonprofit)

Step 7: Enter Desired Area Code #

1. Enter the area code for the number you wish to purchase (e.g., 856, 623, 512).

Step 8: Review Pricing Information #

1. Click on the rates to check the costs for:
   • SMS pricing
   • Phone number pricing (monthly)

Step 9: Submit the Form #
