Integrating Twilio with GoHighLevel allows you to send SMS messages, make calls, and manage your communication directly within the platform. Follow these simple steps to set up the integration successfully.
Step 1: Log in to Your Account #
Start by logging into your GoHighLevel account. Once logged in, navigate to the Integrations tab from the main dashboard.
Step 2: Access Twilio Integration #
In the Integrations section, you will see a list of available integrations. Look for Twilio Integration and click on it to begin the setup process.
Step 3: Obtain Your Twilio Credentials #
To connect your Twilio account, you’ll need the following credentials:

Account SID

Auth Token
If you don’t already have a Twilio account, go to https://www.twilio.com and sign up for a free account. Once registered, log in to your Twilio dashboard, where you can find your Account SID and Auth Token under the Account Info section.
Step 4: Enter Twilio Credentials #
Copy your Account SID and Auth Token from Twilio and paste them into the appropriate fields in the GoHighLevel Twilio integration settings.
Step 5: Save the Integration #
After entering the required credentials, click the SAVE button to complete the integration.
Step 6: Import or Purchase Numbers #
Once saved, you’ll have the option to either import your existing Twilio numbers or purchase new numbers directly through the platform.
